Okay, why is it that I ALWAYS like my preliminary sketches, my value studies, etc. more than the finished products?!!! I love the freshness...but most of all I think that I feel a fearlessness in those preliminary (read: not the finished product) pieces. I want to get that bravery into my finished pieces!
